• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times

6.1 Bet Confirmation

• A bet is considered accepted only upon receipt of written confirmation from the mywbet system
• Unconfirmed bets are not binding and will not be paid out
• Mywbet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet without stating a reason under exceptional circumstances

6.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 12 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned
• Matches that start and are abandoned before completion — rules depend on the amount of time elapsed (typically the full 90 minutes for football)
• Official results from the designated governing body are used to determine bet outcomes

6.3 Bet Limits

Mywbet sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and match. These limits are subject to change depending on the match, league, and risk factors. Bets exceeding the permitted limits will be automatically rejected.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Platform Disruption: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the mywbet platform in any way

Mywbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Reporting fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account closure requested by the member themselves

In the event of account closure at the member's own request, or for reasons not involving a breach of terms, any account balance not subject to outstanding rollover requirements will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mywbet shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the mywbet platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mywbet's control (force majeure), including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or actions by authorities
• Betting or game outcomes that a user finds unsatisfactory but were settled in accordance with the applicable rules
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

Mywbet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited into that user's mywbet account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
